Our banking client is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a hybrid role in Wilmington, DE!
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in growing and delivering incremental value to credit card customers through strategic partnership with an external Partner. If you are a dynamic and experienced marketing professional with a passion for building and managing strategic partnerships, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing and media strategies to meet contractual commitments and achieve internal and external objectives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Marketing, Growth and Innovation (MG&I), and Portfolio Analytics teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with the Branded Cards teams and other lines of business to implement relevant partner benefits.
• Monitor ongoing performance, providing regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Lead the relationship management with Partner, ensuring alignment and achieving mutual goals.
• Drive initiatives that enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
• BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in partnership management and/or strategic alliance development.
• Digital marketing and deal experience are a plus.
• Possess outstanding relationship management skills with the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed company structure.
• Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership, partnership, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Effectively manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables simultaneously.
• Be pro-active, action-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally.
• Be intellectually curious with a customer-first mindset.
