Location: Saint Louis, MissouriJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe are seeking a talented Marketing Project Manager to join our client's team for a hybrid contract opportunity in St. Louis, MO!In this role, you will drive the success of high-volume projects across print, digital, experiential, and content production. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for process optimization and project efficiency. Responsibilities:Project & Process ManagementDevelop, own, and communicate comprehensive project timelines to internal and external teams regularly.Create and manage all project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule.Organize and set up project kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations to align stakeholders.Participate in internal and brand status meetings, providing updates and insights.Assist in leading daily standup meetings using Kanban methodology.Support and recommend process optimizations using agile principles to enhance project workflows.Lead retrospective sessions to celebrate project successes and suggest ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.Act as a cross-functional hub, partnering closely with internal and external teams to ensure overall project success.Manage high-volume, quick-turn projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution.Oversee the production phase of most projects, ensuring that key creative and copy are approved.Consider the full scope of projects, understanding how various elements work together to achieve strategic goals.Think strategically about communications, contributing to discussions on consumer journey and experience.Take ownership of project efficiency, flexing processes as needed to optimize outcomes.Understand multiple aspects of production, including print, digital, experiential, and content, ensuring proper asset management.Financial ManagementOpen jobs using agency software tools and work with account leads to accurately scope project requirements.Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to external vendors as needed.Agency/Client ServiceDemonstrate a strong working knowledge of internal and external partner processes.Manage all production-related requests from internal teams, clients, and meta-agency partners.Gather and vet project specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedBachelor’s degree preferred.3 years of experience in a Marketing/Advertising agency project management role.Proven track record of contributing to client success in an agency service environment.Proficient in managing high-volume projects with multiple stakeholders.Knowledge of Content Hub and/or VR Financial tools is a plus.Strong understanding of production processes, including print, digital, experiential, and content.
