We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our client's talented Brand Team!

As a Marketing Specialist, you will serve as a key partner to the Brand Marketing Manager and the Brand Team. This role involves working closely with internal clients across various departments to bring their initiatives to life through engaging marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, from conception through rollout, ensuring all necessary details are handled to deliver campaigns on time and meet client objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a corporate brand partner for departments requiring marketing support.
• Engage with internal clients, listen to their needs, ask insightful questions, and channel requests for marketing support appropriately.
• Manage templated and annual projects, including advertisement requests, annual events, logo designs, and digital signage updates.
• Help maintain the Brand Resource Center and manage other intranet creative needs.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance workflow and deliver better results internally.
• Work collaboratively with other marketing partners, such as Project Managers, Art Buying, Studio, etc., to ensure timely project completion.
• Assist in global corporate strategic projects as needed, including the annual State of the Company events and Executive-level Town Hall presentations.

Qualifications :

• Experience level : Experienced
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing or brand coordination role.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
