CELLA is Hiring a Part-Time Creative Project Manager (Hybrid) Near Stamford, CT
As a Creative Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between creative teams and other stakeholders, fostering seamless collaboration and effective communication. . This role is crucial for driving projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a part-time (20-30 hours per week) hybrid contract role in which candidates must be onsite in Stamford, CT 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are on track.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Manage resources efficiently, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines and client specifications.
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage time and materials for tasks, handle note-taking, and write creative briefs in real time to facilitate high-level strategy discussions.
- Coordinate with print vendors to ensure alignment with project guidelines and specifications.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years in project management within a creative or marketing environment. Agency-level PM experience is highly desired.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Preferred:
- Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with managing digital and print projects, including coordination with print vendors.
- Experience with design, print, digital UX/UI projects, and social media projects.
- Proven track record of working with designers, print packaging, and social media teams.
