Location: Washington, Washington, D.C.Job Type: Contract to PermCompensation Range: $38 - 44 per hourCella is looking for a Web Content Manager for our client, a non-profit organization that advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, and research.In this role you will manage our client's website and other digital properties in coordination with the Communications and External Relations team, other staff throughout the organization, and external vendors. Responsibilities include content and engagement strategy development and execution, website and email program maintenance, project management, as well as contributing to general functions of an integrated communications team. Responsibilities:Manage website on WordPress, ensuring regular updates, maintenance, and optimization.Collaborate with staff within and outside of the Communications department to execute campaigns for events, webinars, and fundraising efforts.Respond to requests from internal stakeholders for new/updating web content, and implementing content development.Develop and implement efficient workflow processes and content calendars for website and email maintenance.Maintain implementation processes of Communication trackers for tasks and email delivery.Manage email marketing platform, EveryAction, including copywriting, designing, scheduling, list management, and email delivery execution.Draft and edit email copy, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging.Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create engaging multimedia content, including infographics, interactives, videos, emails, and PDFs.Review & maintain Google Analytics to generate digital analytics reports for website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.Utilize GA4 metrics to assess performance, adapt content strategy, and enhance audience targeting.Measure and report digital metrics, using data-driven insights to drive content strategy improvements.Implement SEO practices in web content, staying updated on best industry practices and relevant current events.Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.Performs other duties as needed and assigned.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experienceEducation: BachelorsExcellent writing and editing skills - with focus on ability to develop concise and clear web and digital content.Solid time- and project-management skills, including ability to meet multiple deadlines while maintaining high level of quality.Experience measuring and reporting digital metrics and using data to drive content strategy.Clear understanding and commitment to brand's mission, goals, and objectives.Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively and to give and accept constructive feedback. JOBID: 1055419#LI-CELLA#LI-JB1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
