Duties:
- Provide assistance to customers, outside sales representatives and production supervisors.
- Create purchase orders for materials for other departments.
- Create customer job quotes.
- Supports customer service representatives by assisting with calls and comparing orders for accuracy.
- Provide support and office duties including: correspondence, filling, scanning documents, create shipping orders, etc.
- Order, stock and maintain both office and kitchen supplies.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Other duties as needed.
- Positive attitude.
- Quick leaner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proper telephone etiquette.
- Willingness to learn other industry specific programs and systems.
- High school diploma, GED or up to 3 years of related experiences and/or training.
- Ability to be a team player and work with other departments.
- Must know and have working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures/equipment.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS.
- Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 PM. Overtime may be required
