GED/High School Diploma RequiredAA in Diesel Mechanics highly desired but not required.Minimum of five years maintenance experience in repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Specialized training in heavy equipment, air conditioning, transmission maintenance and related areas is required. Continuing education in the area is required to remain current in the field.
- Ability to effectively communicate company Vision, Mission, and Values and align functional goals, KPI’s and objectives accordingly.
- Demonstrate communication skills that incorporate emotional maturity, active listening, clear verbal directions/instructions, collaboration, and team building delivered with professionalism and respect at all levels.
