**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the Property Manager in daily operations, including managing various properties and HOAs.

- Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance, compliance, and overall quality.

- Engage with HOA boards to address their needs and help implement community policies.

- Liaise with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs and improvement projects.

- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative tasks for properties and HOAs.

- Address inquiries and requests from tenants, property owners, and HOA members professionally.

- Participate in the leasing process, from advertising to tenant selection and document preparation.

- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.

- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and engage in continuous learning and professional development.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- No prior experience in homeowner’s associations or real estate license is required to start. But the individual will be required to get a real estate license after starting to work.

**Experience:**
