Job Description:

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ONLY ON A 24/7 site.

Must have an Active and Current Top-Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

Pay: $33-42/hr with Benefits and possible relocation assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control Room Supervisor Roles are staffed 24x7x365.
• Conducts a pre-shift inspection of and supervises the on-duty shift Supplier security personnel and escalates issues and incidents to the Site Security Manager, and others as directed.
• Creates entries and narratives into the Desk Journal.
• Monitors alarms, video cameras, other signals, answers telephones, provides customer services to visitors and employees.
• Operates the access control system, issues and accounts for access control badges, ensures required personnel pre-access documents have been properly signed, etc.
• Issues and maintains accountability for any hard keys in the key management system.
• Conducts inventories of Supplier’s security equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Consistently maintains the documentation and follows standardized procedures in preparation for unannounced audits.
• Capable of serving as Administrative Officer, when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US Citizenship.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are being applied.
• Ability to work in a MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Active and Current Top-Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
