We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Training and Compliance Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance with Polygraph to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary:

The Training and Compliance Program Manager in the security field is responsible for the strategy and processes to drive training and development across a distributed physical security program. Core functions include developing, implementing, and coordinating training programs and compliance initiatives to ensure that all security personnel are adequately trained and compliant with industry standards and regulations and client requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of security practices, demonstrated success building programs and process and the ability to drive continuous improvement in training and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive training programs for security personnel. Coordinates requirements and approval with senior client personnel and leadership.
  • Develop program wide infrastructure and process to deliver, document and sustain effective training programs.
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure all security operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance training outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure programs remain current and effective.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training and compliance initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain records of compliance activities and incidents.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Top-Secret security clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a training and compliance role. Data center security experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of security industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent program and process development skills
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP) are preferred.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
