Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices in NetSuite and distribute invoices to clients.
• Daily communication with clients regarding Accounts Receivables and Collections (phone, email).
• Work closely with account managers and sales dept. to identify billable services as per contracts.
• Perform customer account audits & reconciliations.
• Produce accounts receivable and other AR management reports for senior executives on a weekly/monthly basis.
• General clerical accounting functions.
• Perform month end close activities and financial reporting such as backlog repots, reconciliations etc.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of accounts receivable and billing experience in a client services industry (Digital marketing, public relations, advertising is a plus).
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Proven ability to prioritize, be assertive, detailed oriented, self-starting and a willingness to take ownership and follow through.
• Proficient in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Strong Microsoft Excel skills are crucial.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and highly detail-oriented habits.
• Diligent work habits and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be comfortable in remote company environment with international team members.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Self-motivated, creative, confident, and energetic personality.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be a team player.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM IST. This will provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad.
