Job Description
This opportunity is on-site and is located at 22777 Springwoods Village Parkway, Spring, TX 77389
Develop in-depth knowledge of operations, business processes, and various systems (TRAS, CORPTAX, Certified Mail Log Database, etc.) to support the completion of TRAC related filings, mailings and payment issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Per TSAT guidelines, review return and payment support for accuracy and completeness prior to processing and mailing.
Process the mailing of tax filings to the respective taxing jurisdictions.
Process all payment related issues and match these payments to the applicable event or catalog item before completion.
Research and process vendor issues, monthly cash receipts and refunds received by TSAT
Provide back-up assistance for all TSAT members (Income, Property, and Indirect Tax) as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
College degree in related field or High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience.
Financial software
Attention to detail
PC proficiency
Typing

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
