Essential Functions
- Provide direct oversight for the Recovery Support and Alumni Manager and RSS team and provide indirect support for Sober Living house monitors for strategy, execution, and measurement of the effectiveness of all Cenikor Foundation aftercare program efforts.
- Partner with facility leadership and house monitors to successfully build and maintain financially viable Sober Living programs at each established location, including improving transition rates from higher levels of care.
- Collaborate with Recovery Support and Alumni Manager and RSS team to ensure productive post-treatment client communication and support services, improve transition rates to lower levels of care including sober living as well as successful alumni events.
- Ensure RSS, house monitors and other facility team members partner with Client Outreach Managers to promote external referrals to Sober Living programs.
- Ensure clients are provided with referrals to appropriate agencies as needed.
- Assist staff in representing the Foundation effectively throughout the community.
- Stay abreast of current trends and competitors within the behavioral health industry.
- Articulate the mission, vision, values and goals of the Cenikor Foundation through correspondence, presentations and other opportunities.
- Manage and track all business development and aftercare program costs in accordance with pre-approved budgets.
- Manage and track the acquisition and inventory of promotional items for internal and external use.
- Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment for all team members. Work with the management team to ensure they uphold for all team members.
- Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool for staff by the required deadline and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
- Participate as a member of the leadership team and assist in maintaining effective business development and aftercare program strategy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the exempt functions as defined in this job description.

- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of business development or aftercare program experience with non-profit, business development, substance use disorder, healthcare, mental health preferred.
- Sitting in normal position for extended periods of time.
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole
- Communication skills using the spoken word.
- Ability to see within normal parameters.
- Ability to hear within normal range.
- Possible exposure to communicable diseases.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Ability to travel to facilities by various transportation means.
- Valid Drivers License
