The Position:
The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the operations team serving as a swiss army knife able to adapt to and accomplish myriad tasks as needed. This person enjoys solving puzzles and thrives on implementing operational efficiencies to support a foundation that enables our consultants to do their best work. The Operations Coordinator is intellectually curious and tech-savvy. They appreciate a collaborative work environment and open exchange of ideas, and can also work heads-down independently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Human resources
Talent acquisition and retention
Facilities and supplies management
Event planning and executive support
IT
Customer service

BA/BS required with a strong academic background
1-3 years of experience supporting office administration, HR, or Operations
Ability to work effectively on projects with demanding deadlines in a team environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
Ability and desire to take initiative and ownership over project work and professional development and growth
Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts
Knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software
Interest in working with public sector clients, operations, HR, and Recruiting
The Location:
Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C. and works in a hybrid model, allowing our staff to work remotely while collaborating with the team in the office regularly. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of downtown D.C., just a few blocks away from the White House. And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.
