Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Permitting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the permitting process for our single-family construction projects, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Permit Management: Coordinate and manage the submission of permit applications, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all permitting activities, including applications, approvals, and correspondence.
• Communication: Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate the permitting process.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues or delays in the permitting process, working to find solutions that keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in permitting or a related field within the construction industry.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
