Centauri Health Solutions is Hiring a Remote Product Manager, Healthcare Technology (Remote)

Job Summary: The Product Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate market and business problems into detailed technical requirements that enable the product development team to make product enhancements and build new products. This position will report directly to the SVP, Head of Product and oversee product management functions for assigned products. Key Responsibilities: Work with customers and prospects to understand business needs, gather requirements, get feedback on product direction and concepts, gain understanding of customer experience with existing products to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancements and new offerings.Define and translate market and business needs/requests into detailed, implementable product requirements.Prioritize activities and requirements backlog based on business and customer impact.Serve as Agile Product Owner for assigned scrum teams.Coordinate roll-out of new products and enhancements with sales and marketing teams.Create and maintain product roadmap for assigned products.Collaborate with SES engineering scrum teams to plan, monitor and report on development schedule.Validate that solutions deliver intended value.Help review Release notes, User Guides, Training material. May also help with functional and regression testing as needed.Serve as a champion of the product and customer to the scrum team, communicate bigger picture business objectives and how it relates to projects.Perform all job functions consistent with Centauri policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII.Manage other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge: Knowledge and support of Agile methodologies. Proficient knowledge of JIRA and Confluence preferred.Well versed in healthcare data and interoperability standards: APIs, IHE, HL7, FHIR, XML as well as industry specific clinical data formats used in healthcare by providers, EMRs and plans (CCDA). Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to work in a startup or other fast-paced environment.Proven ability to effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.Proactive with strong problem solving and analytical skills.Strong drive to deliver tangible value even when faced with ambiguity. Required Experience: Experience communicating product plans to customers and managing their expectations.Experience in healthcare market, specifically with electronic medical record EMR applications, health information exchange/interface engine platforms, and/or care management systems, EMPI, interoperability across healthcare sector.Agile Product Owner experience.SaaS product management experience. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, business or equivalent work experience.5 years of experience as a product manager for technical healthcare industry products.CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification desired. Security Roles and Responsibilities: Centauri’s employees are granted access to information resources in order to facilitate their responsibilities.
