Candidate must reside in Florida and position will require up to 50% regional field responsibilities.
Position Purpose: Work with Foster Care members, Medical Consenters, Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) staff, Caregivers, PCP’s and Service Managers to coordinate access to behavioral health services and community resources.
