Position Purpose: Conduct plan design analysis for Centene’s marketplace product, Ambetter Health. In this Senior Actuarial Analyst role, you will: Develop plan rating factors and other plan-related pricing assumptions for all Ambetter markets Analyze internal and external data to support Ambetter product and portfolio strategy development Develop and maintain plan design tools for use by actuarial and non-actuarial teams Evaluate financial and member impacts of plan design changes Serve as the main point of contact for all actuarial plan design work for one or more assigned health plans Create and update actuarial reports Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Combination of years of experience and number of actuarial exams passed equals or exceeds 5 (Rule of 5). For example, 2 years of actuarial experience and 3 passed actuarial exams.
