Busy dental practice in center city Philadelphia is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our group.
YOU MUST HAVE RELEVANT DENTAL AND BUSINESS EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION!
Duties include, but not limited too:
Entering Patient info
Verifying Insurance
Verifying History of procedures
Communication and follow-up with patients and or Patients responsible party
Presenting treatment to patients on occasions
Check in/Check out patients
Collecting payments
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Filling the Schedules
Computer skills
Posting Insurance Payments
processing incoming patient charts
Production scheduling
Sending Pre-authorization and recording them , calling the patient to inform them of pre-auth received
Dental records and document routing
ability to multitask
**weekend availability is required **
In addition to logging patient calls into our electronic dental records system and providing coverage to the front office as necessary
TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST BE HAVE VAST EXPERIENCE WITH INSURANCE AND PRESENTING DENTAL TREATMENT PLANS.
