Job Title: Youth Clinical Case Coordinator
Job Summary:
CASES seeks a youth and young adult-focused Clinical Case Coordinator for its new youth initiative, Planning Alternatives & Creating Community (PACC) program under its Pretrial Services Supervised Release program. The youth-focused Clinical Case Coordinator will primarily work with justice system involved 16–27-year-old participants. Our team consists of Case Coordinators, Clinical Case Coordinators, and youth workers to support young people to achieve and maintain pretrial compliance while offering a range of youth focused services, such as incentivized work programs, to support early intervention and long-term success in the community. By utilizing the Rewire framework, we promote socio-emotional development while driving diversion from the criminal legal system, our team will promote proactive, sustained engagement with young people in the community as a catalyst toward pathways of education and employment, including by bridging to effective community partners eager to support our participants to achieve their goals. Working with the young-adult population requires flexibility, creativity, and persistence, and the Clinical Case Coordinator will be expected to engage with their participants (and individuals in their identified support networks) both at the office and in the community. The Clinical Case Coordinator will also be expected to work collaboratively with rest of team to generate and implement ideas for effective youth-focused engagement tactics (such as groups, field trips, and tangible incentives).
Salary: The salary for the Youth Clinical Case Coordinator position is $65,000 per year.
Shift Hours: The Youth Clinical Case Coordinator position is full time from Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Workplace Flexibility: CASES offers various work arrangements, where possible for certain roles. The Youth Clinical Case Coordinator position is full time in person.
What we are looking for:
Master’s degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling or equivalent professional clinical degree.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in human services, with young adult (16-27 yr. old) populations who experience substance use, mental health, complex trauma, and/or justice-system involvement.
Extensive knowledge of community treatment, support services and resources tailored towards youth.
Knowledge of the criminal legal system, court processes and alternative to detention/incarceration services.
