- Create and edit the CHR’s monthly newsletter (Adobe InDesign)
- Keeping track of Physician's scientific speaking events and travel in house and guests
- Formatting manuscripts to proper journal guidelines, and tracking their life-cycle from submission to publication
- Presenting negative pregnancy outcomes in weekly meetings using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Working with embryology to keep track of the status of frozen specimen being transported
- Registering and managing physicians for talks and events, and coordinating participation
- Assist with filming of physicians
- Create and edit science posters and presentation slides
- Keep track of journal and subscriptions renewals
- Assisting with license renewal
- Schedule Institutional Review Board (IRB) meetings and Medical Advisory Board meetings
- Coordination of Grandrounds
- Coordination and scheduling of scientific and research events
