Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases and scripts using tools like Selenium
- Validate software functionality against requirements, specifications, design documents, and test plans
- Analyze and document test results, identify defects, and coordinate fixes with the development team
- Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and process guides
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and log all activities in the support system
- Perform data queries and transformations using SQL to support testing efforts
- Assist with UAT coordination, test planning, and other testing activities as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a related field (Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming/scripting language (e.g. Java, Python)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
