Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases and scripts using tools like Selenium
  • Validate software functionality against requirements, specifications, design documents, and test plans
  • Analyze and document test results, identify defects, and coordinate fixes with the development team
  • Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and process guides
  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and log all activities in the support system
  • Perform data queries and transformations using SQL to support testing efforts
  • Assist with UAT coordination, test planning, and other testing activities as needed

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a related field (Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming/scripting language (e.g. Java, Python)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
