We are currently recruiting for the position of Pharmacy Technician position 1501 Viscaya Parkway, Cape Coral, FL 33990. Our pharmacy is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM – 6PM & Saturday 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Education & Experience

• Current and in good standing Registered Pharmacy Technician from the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
• CPhT certification preferred, but not required
• High School Diploma/GED
• Two to three years of previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician working in retail setting preferred. Previous long-term care or compounding experience a plus.
• Bilingual preferred

• Communicates effectively with customers, referring physician staff, and colleagues/employees of organization.
• Ability to interact and communicate with people over the phone, sometimes in stressful situations.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Exceptional pharmacy data entry processing skills required
• Ability to verify data input and correct errors.
• Reads and accurately interprets documents such as prescriptions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Conveys empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Computes rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Applies common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
