Centerpoint Apartments is Hiring a Make Ready Technician Near Dallas, TX
- Responsibilities:
- Perform make ready duties to prepare apartments for new residents
- Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of units and common areas
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Paint, tape, texture, bed ,appliances, cabinet repair, wood repair
- Jack of all trades
- must be able to walk into an apartment unit and make it look like new.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Basic fabrication and welding skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
