THE JOBThe Crisis Response Team lead will provide oversight and supervision to the Crisis Response Team Members including therapists, peer support specialists, crisis team members, and care managers as well as working directly with the Senior Director of Community Response to coordinate with Community Response to coordinate with community partners for further expansion of programming. As an active member of the Crisis Response Team and the Outpatient Integrated Teams, this position will oversee the health and safety of the environment and individuals, provide support to individuals at the Outpatient Clinic, 24 hour facility, and in the community.

REQUIRED - Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field. Master's Degree preferred

- Experience responding to crisis situations

- Experience working with persons from diverse background

- 21 years of age or older

-Valid drivers license. Clean DMV record
