RequirementsQualificationsAll qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level, which must include the following experience analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of public health operations. Or I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Public Health or other field of study with course work directly related to the work of the position to be filled or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Or Have a combination of experience and education that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
