Job Description
$130 - $150 hourly
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical health
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue progress outside of therapy sessions
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and billing information accurately and timely
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care
- To be considered for the position of Per Diem Physical Therapist in Stockton, CA, US, candidates must have successfully completed the National Physical Therapy Exam
- Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapy License and certification specifically for the state of CA
- A requirement for this position is holding a valid Driver's License
