Job Description
Position available is for a prn/part-time hybrid role, located in Raleigh, NC. The Home Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing quality and compassionate care to patients in their homes. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, perform skilled nursing procedures, provide education and support, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred in home health or hospice
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to travel to patients' homes and have reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred but not required
