The Position: Registered Nurse who is proficient in critical thinking and who manages the patient from Admission to Discharge.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• $72,000 - $80,000 Depending on Experience

Job Responsibilities

• 1 weekend per month rotating On Call
• Flexible Schedule
• Co-Ordinated Routes to Limit Travel
• Coordinates total patient care by conducting comprehensive health evaluation, monitoring the client's condition, promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services and educational and training activities.
• Submits clinical notes, submits progress notes and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered as indicated.
• Oasis Experience Required
• Ability to handle Autonomy Time Management
• Critical Thinking Skills

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse in the State of Florida-Required Upon Hire
• 1 Year Home Health Experience

OR

• Recent High Acuity Experience (ER, ICU, PCU, PACU, Med Surg, ETC.)
• OASIS-D Experience Preferred
