Centex Construction, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a variety of projects in the Austin, TX area. Must have experience in all phases of construction improvements, including interior and exterior renovations. Multi-housing renovations experience is required.

Responsibilities/Qualifications Required

• Assist market director with management of construction staff
• Assist market director with the scheduling and management of interior and exterior renovations and other multi-family projects.
• Assist market director with pre construction meetings and punch walks
• Assist market director with tracking job costs and the finances of the market.
• Writing estimates for projects. Oversite of estimates to ensure accuracy and bid deadlines are met.
• Ability and eagerness to work with highly driven team to get projects complete
• Hands on and job site experience
• Experience working in occupied areas
• Ability to work efficiently
• Must be self-directed and meet deadlines
• Ability to schedule and direct multiple subcontractors in the field
• Quality workmanship and integrity
• Must have good communication skills to interact with directors of construction, community managers, inspectors, architects, engineers, etc.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws
• Client oriented
