**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. **Duties:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping - Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs - Support the maintenance team in conducting preventive maintenance on machinery - Help in monitoring inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment - Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently **Experience:** - Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Proficiency in reading schematics and using tools like ohmmeters - Knowledge of electrical systems and logic controllers - Ability to fabricate parts when necessary - Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus - Strong leadership skills to coordinate tasks effectively - Customer service-oriented approach to work This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills and grow within the maintenance field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.58 - $15.14 per hour
