Education
- Bachelor's Degree as Radiology Technologist Associate Degree AS degree in radiology
- 2 years work related skill or experience
- willing to educate new graduates
- MRI certification preferred
- Must complete ongoing continuing education necessary to maintain ARRT certification
- Ability to deal with continual emergent demands
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deal with people in a tactful and courteous manner
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop workable imaging procedures
- Imaging Equipment
- Computer systems including a computerized radiology program
- Attend departmental meetings to maintain expected performance standards
- Possess a high level of knowledge of cross sectional anatomy
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology
- Proficient in English language including composition and grammar.
