The Internal Digital Communications Manager oversees the integration of internal digital platforms to enhance communication within the organization, ensuring seamless functionality of the intranet, collaboration tools, and messaging systems. They play a critical role in aligning digital strategies with organizational goals to promote information flow, employee engagement, and transparency. Responsibilities include optimizing platform usability in collaboration with stakeholders, developing communication strategies to foster engagement and alignment, creating strategic communication plans for initiatives and goals, managing communications for complex projects, ensuring message consistency across all mediums, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in internal committees, and utilizing metrics to assess platform and communication performance.

Schedule

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks.
• Will have the ability to work from home most of the time. Must be within driving distance for onsite meetings. 
• Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Development, or 5 years of experience in digital communications or a similar role in lieu of degree. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly SharePoint, and other digital content management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex communication needs within an organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
