Join the brand-new Patient Flow and Throughput team at CentraCare! Working out of the St. Cloud Hospital, this role will be working to create a sustainable workflow among the ambulatory and inpatient departments in CentraCare in order to increase patient access. Help us make sure the right patients are in the right beds at the right time by developing best practices related to patient transfers across CentraCare facilities and departments. This will include traveling to other CentraCare sites at times.

Qualifications
The Patient Flow and Throughput department is responsible for the influx and discharge of patients in a timely manner to and from CentraCare ambulatory and inpatient departments. It evaluates the length of stay for patients and how to safely reduce stay times in order to provide increased patient access to the care they need. This is done through developing best practices related to patient flow initiatives, improving care progression and evaluation the resources of different facilities and departments throughout CentraCare.
