Job Description
Responsible for data collection, report development, and analysis related to patient care staffing and scheduling, and other related elements. Utilize software to generate metrics and develop actionable recommendations. In collaboration with patient care directors, identify and provide meaningful information to support decision-making for staffing and scheduling. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
• Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm
• No weekends

Pay and Benefits:

• $65,457 or more annually, pay determined by experience

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a healthcare related field OR
• Bachelor's degree with commensurate work experience in a healthcare related field with a focus on quantitative/analytic and/or project management skills required.
• Experience in utilization of computer software applications, performance improvement, and tools required.
• Experience in project management and process/systems improvement required.
