The Correctional Care Registered Nurse is a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing care for a diverse population of patients within the Stearns County jail. This RN position is located within the jail and will be working with the inmate population for acute and chronic healthcare conditions. Experience working in mental health is strongly preferred.

Schedule:

• 18-72 hours per 2-week pay period.
• 6-hour shifts
• 4pm to 10pm weekdays and weekends. Let us know your availability. 
• Work as few as 3 shifts every two weeks to supplement your current job. Or if you want benefits, work as many as 60 or more hours every 2 weeks. 

Pay:

• Entry level pay $34.04 however, we pay more for experience.
• Add an additional 6%
• We also offer shift differentials.

Education in Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (RN) in the State of Minnesota 
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required.

Additional Requirement: 

• BCA and county background check required.
