Job Description
As an Account Analysis Business System Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing financial systems and processes related to account management and reporting.
Working closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams, you will identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and data integrity enhancements.
Responsibilities :
Serves as operator and subject matter expert that supports all aspects of the CBS / Account Analysis billing system.
Collaborate with Commercial Product Managers to understand account management processes, reporting requirements, and data analysis needs.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial systems and processes, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate account analysis tasks, such as reconciliation processes and financial close activities.
Gather and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements, including functional specifications and data mappings.
Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of financial system enhancements and integrations.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to Market users on new system features, processes, and tools.
Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Requirements
BS or BA in Finance, Business, or related field.
3 years of banking experience this experience should include working with Commercial Banking products and sales experience and a broad understanding of Commercial customers’ needs.
A knowledge and understanding of technology and Commercial Banking Product trends
Proficient in Excel and other data manipulation tools.
Basic Microsoft SQL knowledge.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
