Central Bucks School District is Hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Full-time/with benefits Near Doylestown, PA
POSITION: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Full-time/with benefits LOCATION: Doyle Elementary School(Location Subject to Change) AVAILABLE: 2023/2024 School Year COMPENSATION: $18.25* p/hr HOURS: Full-time/10-months/Student days only
Exact hours TBD DESCRIPTION: Duties include working one-to-one with a student with one or more of the following needs: physical needs, mobility and orientation needs, academic needs, organizational needs and in the classroom, specials, lunch and recess. Assist student with daily activities, both academic and social.
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/Transcripts or GED equivalent required at time of hire (the minimum).Must work as a team member, exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks,
effectively communicate with both students and adults and be a positive role model for students. PROCEDURE: Apply through the CBSD Employment Portal on or before June 14, 2024* . EOE

- If student toileting is required, additional $1.25 per hour will be added to base pay.
