• Greet and welcome patients, families, adn visitors in a friendly adn professional manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Mange patient check-in processes, including verifying insurance information adn collecting co-pays
• Answer adn direct phone calls
• Rooming patients, taking vitals and documenting patient information in medical record
• Preparing examination rooms for patients
• Sending out physician notes when requested
• Provides necessary support to front desk staff
• Effective communication with all clinic staff to maintain efficient operations and excellent patient care

• Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel functions
• Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred
• CNA / CMA certification or relevant experience a plus

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30 pm. No late nights or weekends.
