The Annual Campaign Manager at the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined while also organizing and implementing a comprehensive strategic annual campaign program. The Manager will oversee special event planning across the Association, ensuring that they are effectively planned, well-coordinated, and successfully executed, meeting all organizational goals and standards. Additionally, the Manager will be tasked with administrative management of the Development department and financial reporting in collaboration with the Finance department.
