Central Continuing Care is Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Near Mount Airy, NC

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, quality improvement initiatives, and patient satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, research, and advancements in nursing practices

Requirements:

- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and foster a positive work environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
