Position: Pharmacy Clerk
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Pharmacist

Position Overview: The Pharmacy Clerk is a vital part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers. This role involves greeting customers, addressing their needs, accurately handling cash and charge transactions using computer terminals, and ensuring the timely mailing of prescriptions. The Pharmacy Clerk also assists with front-end ordering and collaborates with all department team members. Additionally, this position is accountable for accurate prescription processing, maintaining prescription drug inventory, and resolving insurance-related issues.
