Commercial Property and Self-Storage Manager

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Commercial Property and Self-Storage Manager where you will oversee the management and maintenance of a commercial property and a Self-Storage Facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our properties while providing exceptional customer service to tenants.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including overseeing repairs, renovations, and regular upkeep.
- Utilize knowledge of LIHTC regulations to ensure compliance within the properties.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for property services and maintenance.
- Maintain organized office records and files related to property management activities.
- Implement and utilize CMMS software for effective maintenance tracking.
- Oversee facilities management to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize property revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Skills:

- Sitelink Web Edition experience a plus.
- Proven experience in property management, with a focus on commercial properties.
- Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and contractors.
- Proficiency in office software and property management tools.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems for maintenance tracking.
- Experience in facilities management for commercial properties.
- Ability to upsell services or amenities to enhance property value.
- Excellent customer service skills to maintain tenant satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for file management.

Preferred Skills:
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
