Contracted with the Department of Children and Families, we provide oversight to providers in central Florida who serve in the mental health and substance disorder field in many settings, including schools and community settings. The Jr. Systems Administrator/Support Analyst will work as part of a team of two handling our IT needs along with a third party outside IT vendor. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing information systems and information technology initiatives as assigned. This role is a fulltime exempt position and will be an important part of our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least an Associate degree in a computer-related field, and at least two years of experience (or acceptable combination of education and experience). A Microsoft certification would be helpful.
