Job Opening Summary

Under the direction of the unit director and with the direct supervision of the charge RN and/or staff RN, the certified nursing assistant facilitates patient care through assistance with activities of daily living and provision of a clean, comfortable and safe care environment.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday with 1 day off during the week.
On-call required:
Saturday and Sunday 7-30 for urgent emergent cases in the OR to assist the OR nurse and tech.
On-call rate and frequency per month:
$6/hour to be on call and then time and a half when called in.
The on-call rotation is 1-2 times per month.

Job Opening Qualifications

Education:

• Post-high school special training

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Valid Florida CNA license required.
• BLS

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:

• Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
