Job Opening Summary

Under the direction of the director/manager and RNs, the nursing assistant float pool facilitates patient care by providing the basic physical care and nursing procedures; providing patients with comfort measures; and maintaining a clean, safe and organized environment. We are searching for candidates who have at least 2 years of inpatient hospital nursing assistant experience.
As a float poolnursing assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in patient care. Your compassion, empathy and ability to anticipate needs will be critical. Here's what you can expect:

Job Opening Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• Post-high school special training preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Either minimum 2 years experience or valid Florida CNA license
• BLS
• At least 2 years of inpatient hospital nursing assistant experience highly preferred.

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:

• Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
