Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

As a Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates. You will work closely with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to analyze project requirements and prepare detailed estimates. Your expertise in cost estimation will contribute to the overall profitability of projects. Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
