Responsibilities

· Answer a multi-line telephone

· Greet and communicate with customers

· Direct customers to correct department

· Create invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and quotes

· Call customers when parts arrive.

· Assist in finding parts for customers

• Hydraulic Hose repair

Qualifications

The qualified individual must have the following skills and experience:

· Minimum H.S. diploma/G.E.D.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in multi-tasking and working in a busy environment

· Ability to work independently as well as on a team

• Knowledge of Pumps, Motors, Valves and PTOS

· 1-year fluid power knowledge in related field or a suitable combination of related training/work experience.

· Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

· Valid driver’s license

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We are a fast-paced company looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once. Knowledge, pumps motors, valves, PTOs, and hydraulic hose repair is a very important part of this job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
