A DAY IN THE LIFE 

The Store Manager in training will work with the current Store Managager to train on all necessary leadership practices while also honing their skills as a barista. They will then be responsible for all areas of hiring, scheduling, barista training, completing managerial paperwork tasks, inventory, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. This role is a vital aspect in building, developing, and leading a friendly, service-oriented barista team and exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values. As the Store Manager you will receive hands on leadership training in all areas of this role. 

COMPENSATION 

Competitive Base Salary is negotiable based on experience, the ability to earn monthly bonuses, paid time off, and employee discounts.  

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to effectively teach and lead others 
• Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to motivate a team and convey a positive "team spirit" amongst the staff
• Passion for working with people 
• Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style 
• Prior management or leadership experience preferred, but no required. No prior Scooter’s Management or Barista experience necessary.
