CKMHC has a full-time position open in our Support Staff department. The position requires greeting patients in person and over the phone to provide general information and route patients to the proper departments/personnel, schedules intakes and follow-up appointments. Our Medical CSR works very closely with the medical department and will be involved with their meetings and bridging the two departments for a successful work flow. This position will schedule our medical patients for their med intakes, staffing patients to prescribers, and general scheduling for our medical providers.

We are looking for someone who can provide coverage for other support team tasks as needed. Maintains a positive work atmosphere by being adaptable and performing in a cooperative manner with patients and fellow employees. Must possess strong clerical, administrative, computer, and basic math skills, with attention to detail. Effective/positive communication skills and phone etiquette required.
